^1. New Applicant One-Time Enrollment Bonus Miles will be awarded when annual fee is paid or a new WorldPerks Visa Personal or Business Card is used for purchases. Your Refer-A-Friend Bonus Miles will be credited to your WorldPerks account 8-10 weeks after your friend has used his/her new Card for the first time. You cannot earn Refer-A-Friend Bonus Miles by referring a friend who is already a WorldPerks Visa Cardmember or yourself. The sponsor must be a current WorldPerks Visa Personal or Business Cardmember whose account is in good standing. There can only be one sponsor per referred applicant. Due to confidentiality, sponsors cannot be notified, either in writing or by phone, as to which friends have received and used the WorldPerks Visa Personal or Business Card. Your WorldPerks statement will serve as verification of their acceptance, with your Bonus Miles coded as “WorldPerks Visa Refer-A-Friend Bonus.” This offer may not be combined with any other enrollment offer. Offer is subject to credit approval.

^3. Statement Period (Billing Cycle) Award Level:
For net purchases less than or equal to $10,000, earn 1 mile for every $1. For net purchases over $10,000 (Platinum Card only), earn 1 mile for every $2. Annual Award Level: If during the calendar year, net purchases exceed $50,000 (Platinum Card) or $80,000 (Signature Card), all miles the rest of the year are earned at the rate of 1 mile for every $2. Exemptions: Northwest WorldPerks Platinum Elite/Gold Elite/Silver Elite members and WorldPerks Visa AutoPay customers who select the full payment option on the first available payment date after their statement date. Convenience checks, ATM disbursements, Cash Equivalent Advances, balance transfers and other cash advances do not earn mileage credit. Cash Equivalent Advances include Wire Transfers, Travelers Checks, Money Orders, Foreign Cash Transactions, Casino Gaming Transactions, Betting Transactions, Lottery Tickets and similar items that Visa U.S.A. Inc. designates.

The annual WorldPerks award travel discount is valid for up to two standard, round-trip Coach Class or First Class award tickets within the contiguous 48 U.S. and Alaska or between the contiguous 48 U.S. or Alaska and Canada, booked in the same itinerary (Signature Card 7,500-mile discount per person, Platinum Card and Business Card 4,000-mile discount per person). Discount not valid on RuleBuster^SM awards or travel to or from Hawaii. Valid time period and other conditions will be determined by Northwest Airlines and communicated in your November WorldPerks Visa statement.
